David Rose is an emergency services incident controller and strategic planner, specialising in planning for and responding to storms, floods, and other emergencies. David has significant experience leading people, and as a strategic planner, project manager, and crisis and risk advisor, including military service as an officer in Australian Army Airborne and Special Forces units. He has worked across Iraq, the Arab Gulf States, Japan, Nauru, and Libya, as well as operating in numerous Level 2 and 3 Incident Management Teams throughout ACT, NSW, and Victoria. David is an AFAC Registered Planning Officer, a qualified AIIMS Level 2 Incident Controller and Strategic Safety Advisor, and a Certified Emergency Services Manager (CESM) with the Australasian Institute of Emergency Services (AIES).
