Karlyn Cooper is a Manager (Monitoring and Evaluation) in the Resilience and Recovery Division at the Queensland Reconstruction Authority. Karlyn is a skilled project manager with over 10 years’ experience undertaking evaluation, performance measurement, research and statistical activities for Queensland Government. In her current role, she oversees the monitoring and evaluation of Category C and D Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements for the 2021/22 disaster season. Karlyn has a Masters in Criminology and Criminal Justice (with Honours), a Bachelor of Science (Neurobiology) and a Bachelor of Business Management (General Management).
