About
Courtney undertook her undergraduate degree in Psychological Science and holds a Master of Social and Public Policy. In her current role as a Policy Specialist at Phoenix Australia, she works across a range of knowledge translation projects, particularly those relating to the development of evidence-informed policy and the implementation of evidence-based approaches for high-risk organisations to prepare and respond to traumatic events, including disasters. Courtney has an interest in program evaluation, and is experienced in evaluation framework development, evidence synthesis and the project management of evaluation and review projects.
