Tracey Varker is the Director of Research and a nationally recognised trauma expert in fire and emergency services organisations. Tracey leads the Responder Assist research program. She is an expert in evidence synthesis systematic reviews and review methodology. She recently led the White Paper on Operational Trauma for the AFP.
