Briefing information for presenters and panellists at the Natural Hazards Research Forum 2026

 

Natural Hazards Research Forum 2026 offers a unique opportunity to influence key decision-makers and drive action on your research priorities. 

To help you in making the greatest possible impact, we have prepared a short informational video and presenter checklist for speakers and panellists at the Forum. These are designed to help you craft a compelling, memorable presentation that captures attention and sparks meaningful dialogue.

FAQs

Where do I find details about my session time?
Check the online program or visit the registration desk on the day and chat to a member of the Centre’s team.

When and where do I provide my presentation slides?
Presentations are due by 1 June 2026, to Senior Events Officer, Vaia Smirneos

What happens if I need last-minute changes to my presentation?  
Any changes to presentations need to be emailed or physically given to Vaia two hours before presenting

Who do I contact on the day for technical issues?
Centre registration desk who will be liaising with the venue’s AV techs.
