Senior representatives from the Centre’s formal Participants came together for the 3rd annual End-User Advisory Panel on 27 November.
The Panel is chaired by the Centre’s Chair of the Board and forms an important part of the Centre’s governance, providing strategic advisory on the breadth and depth of the Centre’s activities and playing a critical role in informing each Biennial Research Plan and their refreshes - a key document which guides the Centre’s investment in research.
During its deliberations, the Panel were also asked to consider key areas such as:
-
their organisation’s emerging research needs and priorities which can inform
-
future research investment
-
opportunities to enhance the use of research from the BNH CRC or current Centre’s portfolio, especially via our Education and Training programs
-
opportunities for the Centre to add further value to the broader sector beyond its current service offerings.
Great ideas emerged for further consideration by the Centre and we look forward to developing some of those over the coming months and reporting back to the Panel when it convenes again in mid 2024.
