Prof Jessica Lamond is Dean for Research and Enterprise in the College of Arts, Technology and Environment and Professor in Real Estate and Climate Risk at the University of the West of England, Bristol.

Jessica specialises in the mitigation of social, structural and financial risk from natural hazards, in urban areas with a particular focus on flooding. She researches adaptation pathways in multi-stakeholder contexts including the barriers and incentives to adapt. Jessica co-authored Cities and Flooding: A Guide to Integrated Urban Flood Risk Management for the 21st Century for the World Bank.
